miniature fireworks and fluxus midwest rubber stamps
By 1999 I had already been buying and casually handing out very-small-scale fireworks to friends and and work colleagues for several years. I knew from my own experience and from the story of Saint Sparky that this was a fairly harmless way to get others to discover the fun of having and lighting their own fireworks.
